GOOD TO KNOW 

  • Prior to booking, all clients must read the new client info packet in its entirety.

  • A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to schedule your appointment. This booking deposit holds your appointment and will be credited toward your procedure.

  • Balance is due the day of your procedure. I accept cash, Venmo, or all major credit/debit cards as form of payment.

  • It is required to have your complimentary follow-up appointment within 8-12 weeks after your original procedure. If you fail to come in for your complimentary follow-up within that timeframe and/or fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for your touchup.

  • A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your booking deposit. In such instance, an additional non-refundable deposit will be required and/or you will be required to pay in full to book a new appointment.

  • Any client who cancels/reschedules their appointment within 12 hours of their appointment OR no call/no shows will forfeit their booking deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to scheduling a new appointment.

  • All appointments must be scheduled/take place within 120 days from original date of deposit. If you fail to complete your appointment within that timeframe you will forfeit your booking deposit. In such instance, an additional non-refundable deposit will be required and/or you will be required to pay in full to book a new appointment.

  • In order to give all clients the best experience possible, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule and the same policies above will apply. All clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Therefore, you will forfeit your booking deposit and be required to pay for any future appointments prior to booking.

  • No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the studio.

  • If you arrive at your appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoos that the artist is not aware of, you will be required to forfeit your deposit and reschedule to accommodate your specific needs. Approval must be obtained via email prior to booking!

  • a10 brow studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • There will be no exceptions to these policies. By booking with a10 Studio, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the Booking and Cancellation Policies.
